Kate was amazing, exceptional knowledge and explained everything as it was done. I had a lower back problem and it was super painful to even lean forwards. I left being able to touch my toes :-).

I struggled for nearly 2 years with sub fertility, then from about a year in to our journey I started getting treatment from Kate. Kate helped to regulate my cycle which was never consistent, as well as support my body through a successful IVF cycle and embryo transfer. I’m now 16 weeks pregnant, and don’t believe I would have got here without her treatments. Her treatments have helped reduce my stress, anxiety, and also helped my sciatic pain as well.

My acupuncturist, Kate, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She began the session with a thorough consultation, asking insightful questions about my health history and current issues. Her approach was like nothing I have ever experienced she was incredibly knowledgeable and an all around genuine person. Throughout the session, Kate frequently checked in to ensure I was comfortable and to gauge my responses. Her attention to detail and her calming demeanour nor made the experience both therapeutic and enjoyable.
